For some reason, when a meeting is scheduled, the person scheduled it for
9am, and some of the receipients, are getting emails saying it was set for
10am. Both are running on the same network. Any ideas why? or how to fix
this?

LOL...I spent a few hours figuring this one out but am
happy to share my experience. My users are on XP Pro and
running Office XP, it this is the case with you then I
can help. You will need to get SP1 and 2 for Office
available on the download page of the Office home page.
The issue is with day light savings time, if you look at
the system clock you should see the correct time and if
you look at the calendar time zone settings on calendar
options it will show one hour ahead. After running the SP
installs and re starting outlook you should see it
correct the times.

Now, if your on a different OS or Office suite then I
would still check for available SP's and they might have
the same effect. Or it could be you just need to have the
correct time zone settings in the OS or in Outlook. Let
me know how you make out and best of luck!

Hopefully thats all it is...have checked the time zones and they are fine,
so I will try downloading the service packs, whenever I can get access to
the computer again (bosses laptop)
Thank you for the help!!!
