Meeting Appointments without permission...

I want to send meeting appointments to my employees.The
recipients of the meeting appointment should not have
option to either Accept or deny it.
I want to do only for less than 12 employees.
IS there any rwork around for this?
 
Create their mailboxes as resources and set the option to automatically
accept.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer,
(e-mail address removed) asked:
