When you set up a meeting over the Exchange Server to your colleagues they
have the options of declining, accepting or deleting your requests, and so
forth. However, if you send these same requests over the Internet, the
options do not exist. The message comes in with just basic info about the
time, place, etc... If someone over the Internet opens my request in
Outlook, they should get the same options as those who receive it through the
Exchange Server. Come on, this is fundamental stuff. We send meeting
notices to people outside our organization all the time, it's commonplace.
