Does anyone know whether any PC makers/Microsoft are
producing MediaCenter PCs able to work both in NTSC and
Pal/Secam systems? Thanks!
 
You know what? I'm not sure, good question. Let me ask around and see what
I can find out for you.
 
Got an answer from the Media Center group and the short answer is no, there
isnt a system out currently that provides that functionality.
