Media Videos Not Playing?

Hi All Hope Someone Can HELP!

When I try to play my Video Downloads, I only hear the
Sound and can not see/view the Video?

The sound is perfect, but the screen (even though it’s in
play mode) remains blank.

I’m on Windows XP.

Have yoy tried to use WMP series 9
