What download do I need for WINDOWS XP to play video clips or show some pictures from trusted sites.
I have tried many media downloads, but still does not show. Example: click on cbs.com, or nbc.com and to preview shows, etc. My old Windows ME was available, but the XP will just sit there with a blank screen. Yes I have checked all the areas to view in my menu for the Media player, so now it must be a patch

CBS invoked RealOne from http://real.com
NBC brought up the Windows Media Player

Both rendered the clips, using NetScape 7.1. The same should be the case
in I.E. if those apps are correctly installed.
