I have a new DELL. Nice CPU. I enjoy listening to my music on that than any
other programs. the other day the entire thing started to go haywire!! no it
freezes when I open it an ddoes nothing? can someone please HELP?

I'd first check for spyware and viruses.

After Mike's suggestion and it still is not working properly, you can try to
do a Restore of your System. Start to select a restore point about a day or
so before the trouble started. You can go back up to 90 days.
Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore
