media player won't burn cd's

my media player won't burn cd's. i have other programs
that will burn them so i know the burner works any
suggestions as to what the problem is ? one of the
messages it gives me is interface not registerd
 
Try and redownload your media player. Maybe there was a bug the last time you downloaded it. I'm not sure. Ill do some more research on it and let you know!
 
Has anyone solved this problem I have the same error poping up and cannot
figure it out ?
 
Well, i think that there is some sort of bug in your media player and you
need to redownload it or use a differnt program. Like i said before, i use a
differnt program to burn. I would reccomend, (Sonic, Easy cd creator,
ect....) Thanks and ill get back to ya later!
