Please help if possible...
I have accessed and 100% turned-up every Volume control I
can find. Is it possible I need to access the computer
BIOS at boot-up and change something to do with the CD
Rom, etc.?
It doesn't seem to matter what Properties or Advanced
settings I alter, the volume will not go up much past a
whisper.
Any and all help/suggestions will be sincerely
appreciated.
Thank You - Jeff.

BIOS = no.

What are you trying to play - mp3's ? If they've been recorded at a low
input volume then you'll need to "normalise" the sound - use Audacoty
(search the web) to do this, its free.

Alternatively turn up the volume on your speakers ..... ;-)

Chers,
Jerry
