media player dvd codec

my media player is saying that it doesnt have the
required dvd codec to play dvds what do i do to stop it
its pissin me off

First search online for either a divx codec or dvd codec

you probably have a corrupted codec or if that still
doesnt solve the problem reinstall your media player as a
last resort.
 
WMP wont support DVD playback until you install a third party DVD player
like PowerDVD or WinDVD. One should have been included with the DVD drive.
If not, just do a search on google. The divx codec that others mentioned
will not play DVD files.
