Media player analogue camera view

Hi,
Can I view my analogue camera (input to a video card) directly on Windows
media player 11 rather than using the video capture card software? Do I need
to point it to a URL if so how do I decide on the URL?
Reason being, I would like a small camera view picture approx 4"x4"
preferably without any window around it etc rather than the video card
software window taking up nearly all of the screen. It dose'nt have to be
Media player 11 anything will do.

Google for AMCAP.EXE. It's an old "generic"
capture app that may do what you want.
