The problem might be because the file has a header that the Player cannot
read. The file either has a compressed or unsynchronized ID3 header or
contains ID3v2 data, which the Player does not support for security

correct the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to
systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This fix may receive
