Does anyone know how to keep Media Player 9(Win. 2000)
from putting its icon in Quick Launch when a new user is
first set up? It's not in Deafault User profiles like
most Quick Launch apps.
Thanks for any help.

I believe if you roll out to your intranet via the Enterprise Deployment
Kit, this is one of the options you can specify-
http://www.nwlink.com/~zachd/pss/pss.html#redist

There's a policy key that you can use to block this, which is what the EDP
uses, I believe.
