media player 10

cannot download music from my library with media player 10. will not put
music in right file. Did not do this with 9 can you help?

Download music from where to where? What do you mean by "right file"?
Please make yourself clear.
 
cant download from media player 10 to my mp3 player. as to file on my player
there are three files Audio, Music and Dvr. music must go into the music file
or it does not play. does that make it clearer

A little, although you mean Audio/Music/Dvr "folder" not "file".

Which MP3 player - brand and model please. (Someone else will have to
follow-up who has experience with such a model).
 
Explain your problem to a friend and have them repost your situation for a
possible resolve. In other words, if you cannot explain it in "plain"
English,
what you are trying to do, than go back to WMP9, that should correct it till
some time in the future.
