I recently installed a new piece of S/W that has stopped giving me the option
to add tracks to the current Playlist using Media Player 10.

In fact when I right click on a track and select PLAY, it opens Media Player
10 and plays the track.

If I select multiple tracks and select PLAY, it open up the new S/W that I
have installed.

How can I get the Right Click option to select add to playlist?

I am assuming this will need a registry fix, and therefore detailed
instruction would be appreciated.

Thank you in Advance.

Not sure, but there are specific groups for WMP and you might find more help
in there -
m.p.multimedia.windows.mediaplayer

Thanks, will try appropriate group.

you could first try Tools | Options | File Types tab, click select all
and then ok. That might "fix" the registry by reapplying the defaults.

if that doesn't do it, try reinstalling wmp 10.

Frodo,

Thank U 4 your suggestions. Had a look and all the file type were already
selected.

Will try the re-insatll route that U have recommended.

Once again Thank U.
