Media Centre guide waking PC

When my Vista Ultimate laptop is set to hibernate, without fail it
wakes itself up at 1am to download Guide data. I can't find any way
to override this, short of completely shutting the computer down in
the evening

I've disabled any likely looking tasks in the task scheduler, but have
no idea what else might be causing this. Any help appreciated!

Media Center > Tasks > Settings > General > Automatic Download Options :
Manual Download : Save

and

Media Center > Tasks > Settings > General > Optimization (turn it off, or
change the schedule)
