Media Center Receiver Service has encountered a problem

I keep getting a message that says Media Center Receiver Service has
encountered a problem, the error signature is

szAppName : ehRecvr.exe
szModName : ppAuRsmpl.ax
szAppVer : 5.1.2710.2732
szModVer : 1.0.0.1817
offset : 00001018

The message is contiously popping up and really getting discouraging, does
anyone else have this problem or any ideas on how to fix it.

video from an analog video camera or from a VCR by using the TV tuner card on

I am sorry but I don't understand, I didn't receive a "the Device is in Use"
message, I wasn't trying to capture video from an analog video camera or VCR.
Could this have anything to do with a webcam?
