media bar is missing

-- For some reason I no longer have the media bar on left side of IE
window.It
is not present in toolbar customise or explorer bar.I used to be able to see
videos theer .Now A full media player window opens whenever I click a link
that ha video.Any ideas will be helpful.Thanks

As you don't mention which version of Windows you are using, so, I don't
know if this applies:

To help improve security, Media Bar has been removed from Internet Explorer
6. For this preliminary release of SP2, however, the Group Policy settings
for Media Bar have not been removed. Because Media Bar is no longer
available, these settings will not function.

Although you can no longer use Media Bar, you can listen to digital media
by downloading and using Microsoft Windows Media® Player 9 Series.

Oh ok .I have xp with sevice pak 2.Alright then so actually I'm not missing
it because of the increase in security..oki dokie thank you very much
