Dear All,

though I can see the benefits of the MS AntiSW programe,
any reason why its not removing |Media Acess| from my
Programme files directory?

If it is identifying something, and you instruct it to remove, but the
removal is not effective:

Please restart in safe mode by pressing the F8 function key before the first
Windows screen appears. Do a full, deep scan in safe mode--ideally,
repeating until nothing is found.

Restart normally, and see if that does the job,
