That depends on what is inside the .MED file. If it's just a plain text file,
you could just change the extension and use the Text Import Wizard to help
you.
If it's some proprietary file format, it could get interesting. What program
created this .MED file? One internet source shows the following program:
Amiga MED/OctaMED Tracker Module Sound File, WordPerfect Macro Editor Delete
Save (Corel), A2B Player Purchase (DigitalPhono.com), and Medline Document.
I'm betting that it's the last one.
