Oh well I can't tell you how many times I have followed your instructions
and the ones on Windows Update and the same ones on NAV and still can't use
MSN etc. I was hoping for a solution that wasn't going to cost but that my
have to be . Michael could you please tell me what I should do about gettig
someone to look at this problem. I live in a small town with only 3 or 4
computor stores Thanks anyway for all your time and patience.. Colin and

I can't suggest much more beyond trying to ascertain how reputable the shop
might be. If you know other computer users in your area, they might be able
to make a recommendation.
