MDE and Navigation Pane

Hello.

I have a database that I want to distribute and created an MDE. However I
do not want people to be able to get to the navigation pane to modify certain
tables. I am able to hide the navigation pane but anyone who has Access can
just enable the view of the navigation pane again. How can I protect the
database so users cannot get to the navigation pane. Thanks in advance for
your help.
