Hi
I'm looking to find a debate / discussion on the merits of coding a .NET
application with either MDB or SDF files?? (ie. Access versus SQL Server
Compact Edition)

I guess the official line would be that SDF files should be used; but what
advantages does each have over the other??

Is there a MS paper discussing this?

Thanks

Have not seen this, but I would probably choose SQL. Not so much for the
anywhere engine, but the ability to more quickly upsize, if the need arose.

I would also aim for Express over Everywhere, if I had the option. While the
SQL Everywhere files are available for all windows OSs (from Mobile on up),
making them more flexible, I prefer having a server infrastructure of some
sort. Your mileage may vary. :-)
