.mdb file size increases for unknown reasons

Hi, my .mdb file was only 11mb but after some modifications of vba codes, it increases to 214mb. Does anyone know why?
 
All temp space used by ms-access is not re-claimed until you use
tools->compact and repair.

This also applies to tables,and thus when you delete records, space is not
re-claimed until you do a compact.

How often you compact is going to depend on how much work you are doing in
the database. However, during development, you will compact often.
