MDATA.DAT file not found?

anyone know what this means? When I start up my pc this little box appears
saying: MDATA.DAT file not found, then I click OK and next little box
says: MKBDATA.DAT file not found. And I click OK and then start using pc.
 
Your system is looking for the drivers for your wireless mouse or keyboard.
It may have come with a CD to install the drivers, or it might find them with
device manager.

Go to Start/Run, and type DEVMGMT.MSC , highlight the device, Action menu,
"Uninstall", then restart Windows, to find the device drivers again
automatically.
