Following is a mcse question. Please provide me with the
answer and detailed explanation.

Question:
You are the administrator of your company's network. You
want to use Windows Installer to deploy or install an
application on computers running Windows2000. You do not
want any application shortcuts to be visible on the
desktop or Start Menu, but users should be able to install
the application by opening a file associated with the
application. How should you configure the package?

a. Assign applications to computers
b. Publish applications to computers
c. Assign the application to the users
d. Publish the application to the users

Publish to users so that they can use add/remove programs.
It will auto install if they try and open a file associated with that
program , eg opening a .doc would install word if it had been published.

If you assigned it to users or computers then it would appear in the start
menu.
