McLspAsync ?

On shutting down I get "McLspAsync program shutting down" and then
"program not responding". Task manager has nothing, a hard drive search
shows no program" and a goggle has nothing. I just started using Microsoft
voice recognition. Is there a conflict there? Thanks for any help or
ideas.

Check your startup settings. The software may start with Windows and
by disabling it you may be able to find out where it belongs to.
