McAffee Caught a Trojan That AS Missed

Got this hit *after* AS had finished its scan. By McAfee
8.0i:

1/14/2005 3:11:29 AM Deleted c:\Documents
and Settings\<login name>\Local Settings\Temporary
Internet Files\Content.IE5\8V2S6F58
\internet_explorer_command_execution_vulnerability_test
[1].htm JS/Exploit-HelpXSite(Trojan)

A Trojan isn't spyware, it's a virus.

I would hope your virus scanner caught it.

is not an anti-virus/anti-trojan/anti-worm detection application.

Exactly my point. Sorry for dumbing it down, but the OP thought a
spyware removal / prevention tool should have detected and removed it.
I was speaking to the masses.
