Mcafee webshield e250 ver 2.7

Hey,

I have been having problems with our e250 webshield recently. The
status of the appliance shows that the SMTP Protocal is NOT OK, this
happens totally randomly, usually 2-3 times a week and the only way to
fix this error that I have found is to restart the appliance.

I have heard that there is an update from ver 2.7 to ver 4.0 for this
device, but have not been able to find much information about it or
where to download it from. If anyone has the same problems as I do,
knows any fix for it, or knows more about the upgrade, please let me
know as I'm getting annoyed restarting this thing every day!
