I have 2 home computers networked peer to peer. I have the latest V9 VS
installed on my main computer. The other computer is mostly for backup and
in case the main computer blows up. But, I'd like to get the second computer
fully established if and when I need it so I'd like to install McAfee on it
too- but I haven't purchased any networking license.
Would it be legal to install it on the second computer? If so, would I be
able to legally download updates?
If not, then what do I do without paying a fortune for a networking fee?
After all, it's just 2 home computers, not some large business.
Yuh, I suppose I can just go buy another copy of the program- and I will if
I have to- but it would be nice to legally install it on the second
computer- and I'd be willing to pay a modest fee- but it seems a bit
unreasonable to pay for another full copy for a computer that will hardly
even be used.
