McAfee VirusScan 8 Advanced Options?

Does McAfee VirusScan 8 have any advanced options hidden anywhere?
The default interface I'm looking at now does not provide much in the
way of customization.

I have a folder with game demo's and patches in that has some huge
files inside. I want to stop it scanning that folder as it seems to
take ages to go through it. Stuff like that.

Sorry that option not available and a big whinge of some users VS7 will do
that.
