Icannot install mcafee virusscan plus....computer keeps restarting and wont
allow access to anything....tried twice to install. NO SUCCESS

McAfee support would be a better place to look for help with your problem.
Is your version Vista compatible? While your problem may be of concern in
Windows Mail, it really isn't pertinent to it.
 
I had the same problem. I think I had a virus. I ended up formatting and
reinstalling the OS.

I wrote to them because the version I had was incompatible with Vista and I
still have 5 months left before renewal. They allowed me to download the
latest and use it for that same period.

Email them.
