McAfee Pop Up

Can anyone tell me how to safely stop this occurence?
Although I replaced McAfee's program on my Dell computer,
every time I boot up the following appears "McAfee
Personal Firewall Tray Monitor. Error signature: AppName
mptray.exe; AppVer 4.5.2.30 ModName: kernel32.dll; ModVer
5.1.2600.1106 Offset: 00013887"
Tech info "Exception info Code: 0xc06d007e Flags:
0x00000000; Record:0x0000000000000000; Address:
0x0000000077e73887"
Can I safely delete ALL mention of McAfee in my register?
