Windows 10 Maybe I am to impatient but...............

Hi

I am waitíng for the win 10 download.

I have the GET WIN 10 APP on the task bar.

When I looked at the Windows Update page I saw that there seems to be 9 attempts to download but all failed.

When I checked the details this is what I found:

Upgrade to Windows 10 Pro

Installation date: ‎01/‎08/‎2015 09:49

Installation status: Failed

Error details: Code 80240020

Update type: Important

Install the next version of Windows.

Maybe this is normal but it seems a bit strange to me.
We have a laptop and the download and install was up and working on the 29th.

Any advice welcome.

ps I did get an update for win 7 which worked OK on the desktop.

Thanks EvanDavis, I will go for the W10, because the icon on my taskbar is annoying me, just say wait…wait…wait… and I want to trying soon to make a decision about keep my WIN7 or move on to W10.
