In Access, get the result of the query in a datasheet form. Copy.
Switch to XL. Paste.

Alternatively, in Excel, use Data | Import External Data > New database
query... and follow directions on using MS Query to get data from the
Access database.

Dear Slim004,

The answer to your solution is CHARTrunner. CHARTrunner can point to an Access Database and generate 20 different types of charts simply by "looking" at the data, and you can save, email, publish to web, etc the charts. I've even heard that in thier newest release they are going to add a email notification option to where you can set it up to have automatic emails sent to you should something start to go out of control.
