May I know where are the emails being saved ?

Hi, does anyone know where are the emails being saved ? In Outlook Express,
we can go to Options - Maintenance to check the folder. But I can't find any
in Windows Mail. Thank you
 
Go to - Tools - Options - Advanced, an icon towards the bottom says
maintenance, click that then store folder.
