Hey all,

random question and not sure if ill be allowed to keep this post up but....

basically I may have become "slightly" drunk and changed the password tomy friends laptop... which i have now forgotten ¬_¬

does anyone know the easiest way of resetting her password without re-formatting the laptop??

I was told to use WinPE, but cant find a copy that works ANYWHERE ¬_¬

please help

You can use a program to reveal the password. This is probably your best bet. I have had success with Ophcrack. Download the ISO and burn the image to CD. Boot the computer with the CD and it should tell you any and all usernames and passwords.
