No, only >= 120GB, If you look at Maxtor's warranty
statement on their webpage, you can clearly see that....

You need to read the article on page 28 in the August 2004
issue of Computer Shopper. It states that if you don't have
your receipt, ALL warranties start with date of manufacture
marked on the drives. It goes on to state that some
drives that may have been on the store shelf for awhile
may only have six months or less warranty left when you buy
them. So it appears, that the buyer needs to beware when
buying hard drives at places like Fry's or CompUSA.
MAKE SURE YOU DON'T LOSE YOUR RECEIPT OR
ELSE YOU COULD BE BUYING A HARD DRIVE
WITHOUT A WARRANTY.
This applies not only to Maxtor, but also Western Digital
drives. You can enter your hard drive serial number on
the Maxtor web site to see when your warranty ends. I
just checked my Western Digital drives on WD's site
and it shows the same.
I thought this was interesting and if you check the
serial numbers of your drives on Maxtor's and
Western Digital's web site it appears to be true.

James
