Does anyone have any experience of the above products. I am thinking
of purchasing one of the above and wanted to know the performance and
reliability of the drives.

My needs are to backup norton ghost images and files.

Views on anyone who as one of these will be appreciated.

Don't touch the One Touch.

I've had no end of trouble with mine since purchasing it at Christmas
and it goes back to the retailer next week as I've lost patience with
it corrupting files and having to recover, where possible, and
reformatting. It simply is not a reliable drive especially for back up
purposes. Transferring reasonably large amounts of data to/from the
drive inevitably leads to file system corruption.

If I can convince the retailer I'll be taking a Lacie, even if it's
smaller/cheaper, as a replacement rather than accept another One Touch
300.

Just my experience.

OK.. I see mixed reviews on the onetouch drive. Do you think yours
could have been a faulty drive when you got it.. BTW did you every use
norton ghost with it?
