MAXTOR 40 GB/GIG DIAMONDMAX PLUS 8 circuit board ID?

Does anyone know which printed codes on the label of a MAXTOR 40 GB/GIG
DIAMONDMAX PLUS 8 ATA-133 7200-RPM HARD DRIVE indicate which circuit board
was used? I accidentally broke one of the resistors on the above mentioned
HD's circuit board and need to find an exact replacement. Apparently,
several different boards were/are used on this model, and it won't function
without an exact replacement. Thanks in advance.Ben

Look for the Model number, something like 6E040Lsomething

Being a Maxtor, it probably won't work even with an identical board.
