This is a preview program still the final is not released yet... but it

This is an IE shell, this means that it will use IE6 or IE7 rendering
engine to render the pages....

but it gives you a new interface with lots of options...

another good one is www.avantbrowser.com this is my personal favorite

Yep I've tried pretty much all the tabbed browsers and always come back to Avant.
