Hi,

I have a dual processor machine that I would like to
enable hyper-threading on. My collegue thinks it is
useless as there is no support in XP for more than 2 CPU.

Does anyone know the best way to proceed?

Thanks,
ben

XP Pro supports 2 **physical** CPUs. If you get HT CPUs they will be
supported.

Only Windows XP Professional supports dual processors.
And both XP Pro and XP Home support hyper-threading,
if both your processor and motherboard support H-T.
