Maximum number of contacts in BCM

Is there a maximum number of contacts that one can have in BCM. There is a
1000 limit on the other side (http) and I have more then 1000 contacts that
I need to keep track of.

Not sure what you mean by an HTTP limit. BCM is not an online
application.

There is no pre-set limit with BCM. The real limit is when Outlook or
the database can't respond fast enough and renders the app unusable, so
it depends on your PC and how loaded down it is. The database does have
a max size based on the MSDE license, but I've never heard of anyone
reaching the max size in this newsgroup.
