Hi,
Recently my colleague has asked me that he can't access my terminal's share
folder. For a number of terminals, my share folder has been mapped can
network drive location to facilitate easy and fast connection on the files
there. Usage are normally quite smooth till this incident.
After checking i realised that there are 8 sessions connected to my
terminal. Some of which are actually inactive. After closing some of the
sessions, my colleague resumed to the normal connectivity to my terminal.
Is there some fault in my terminal? Or can i increase the maximum number of
network sesions to my terminal?
Previously, there has been feedbacked from other users on one of the
database program stored on my terminal, that the time required to post
request log to my terminal's master file can go as long as 15mins. Is this
the cause of it?
Apologise, i'm not technically clear with the terminologies.
