Maximized Windows on open

I would like my windows to open maiximized. Is there
somewhere you can set that up globally??
 
Yes there is. If you have a desktop shortcut icon on your desktop for word, excel, or etc. Right click the icon and select properties on the shortcut tab Find where it says RUN: click the pull down menu to to right and select maximized or whatever you would like it to be.

b/ is only a reccomendation to the program, that the programmer has to specifically check to find out.

If the person had of asked about specific programs there may be specific answers.
