Maximize window size

Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional
Version: 5.00.2195 Service Pack 4

Window size
For some reason my window size in some
folders reverts back to small and I have to click the
X to maximize.
Is there a program which will set
all windows positions to the maximizes view ?
