Maximising new Windows

Hi there,

When I start a new window in IE(eg, open in new window), it is always
Minimised. How how I start them Maximised ?

Do not use the Maximize button. Using your cursor, drag the corners of the
window to full screen size. Close and re-open the program. Windows should
remember the last used size.
