Maximised "Open in New Window"?

I know this has been asked many times, but none of the threads that I've read provide a definite answer. I've tried setting IE to run as maximised. Sure, when I open IE, it starts maximised, when I right-click or shit+click on a link to open in a new window, the new window is not maximised. Then I tried dragging (not using the maximise button) and reopening. The new window is big and almost full screen, alright, but it's still not maximised. There is still 1mm of space from the top right corner of the screen. Can I assume that I just can't get new windows to oprn maximised?

open your browser, then right click a link and open in a new window. Now
close all windows except the new one. Use your mouse and drag it out to full
size. Then close it while holding down the Ctrl key. That should make them
open to full size.

| I'm sorry for any of my typing errors, Will Denny. If you were
referring to the way I spell 'maximise', I do not need to enable
spellchecker, I am brought up and taught English English, not American. :)
You do realise that some people in other parts of the world do write words
as 'maximise', 'colour' and 'millimetre'. I hope I have widened your
insight. Again I must apologise for any inconvenience caused. :)

Hi

..I'm sorry - you are using the CDO interface - no spellchecker ther. I use
'maximise' and 'colour' and 'millimetre'.

Hi again, Will. Nice to hear that you use the same spellings. Now, I'd like to learn what is wrong with my spelling then?
