See this page: Size Limitations in NTFS and FAT File Systems http://www.microsoft.com/TechNet/prodtechnol/winxppro/reskit/prkc_fil_tdrn.asp?frame=true As that reference indicates, the limitations apply to the file system (FAT versus NTFS), rather than to the operating system (Win9x/ME or Win2K/XP). Since a folder is "just another file" to FAT32 and NTFS, you can keep adding files and subfolders until you run out of disk space. RC
