When I logon to my Win2K Pro (SP4) m/c., Windows generates the
following message:
Your maximum registry size is too small. To ensure that Windows runs
properly, increase your maximum registry size.
I opened "Control Panel", then "Sytem" & under the "Advanced" tab,
clicked the "Performance Options..." button. In the next dialog, under
"Virtual memory", I clicked the "Change..." button where under
"Registry size", the "Current registry size" is 72 MB & the "Maximum
registry size (MB)" textbox shows 75. What size should I enter in that
textbox to avoid the above Windows message when I logon. Ideally, how
much should the maximum registry size be in Win2K Pro?
BTW, my m/c. configuration is
Processor: P4 (2.80 GHz)
RAM: 256 MB
HDD: 28 GB
Thanks,
Arpan
